Zaka had an impactful presence at the Enactus Egypt – General Orientation Training that took place at the British University of Egypt from January 31st till February 2nd.
As part of the “Enactus General Orientation Training”, Zaka’s CEO, Christophe Zoghbi, delivered a session on Artificial Intelligence and its social impact potential to a live audience of more than 600 university students from 50 universities participating in the Enactus Challenge. The session focused on leveraging AI for sustainable development.
The session was followed by a discussion panel under the title “AI and Social Entrepreneurship” that included Zaka’s CEO Christophe Zoghbi and Ahmed Abaza, CEO of Zaka’s partner Synapse Analytics and was moderated by Ola El-Sheikh.
The event was also an opportunity to spread awareness about Zaka’s Ambassadors Program in Egypt through a talk led by Zaka’s Ambassador Country Lead Tarek Mohamed Elsaadany who presented Zaka’s Ambassador network and explained its importance in growing the AI community in Egypt.
Other workshops that happened during the 3-day event included: Digital marketing, Graphic design, HR management, self-branding and presentation skills.
