Refund Policy

At ZAKA, we are committed to providing high-quality digital learning experiences. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your enrollment in a course or program.

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@zaka.ai with your full name, course name, and reason for the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Please note:

• Refunds are not available after course content has been accessed beyond 20%.
• Refunds are not available for completed programs or downloadable digital materials.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in a course or program up to 48 hours before the start date for a full refund.

To cancel, contact us at admin@zaka.ai with your registration details. After the course has begun, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
